How to get there?
Arrival
In order to ease the campers’ arrival, we have allocated a logistics STAFF to help you to get to the camp. A Values STAFF member will wait for the campers as they walk through the arrivals hall. Before the flight, we will collect all the information from your flights to make sure a STAFF member will be waiting with a prominent VALUES sign.
Depending on the other camper’s arrival time, there may be a wait in the airport for the other campers before our shuttle bus leaves.
Arrival time should be between 12:00 and 16:00 on Sunday.
Departure
Our logistics STAFF will accompany the kids to the airport and wait until the campers have checked in.
Departure time should be between 09 am to 12 pm on Saturday.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Pick Up Services – Airport transfers:
- Airport Transfers must be booked during registration and are subject to availability
- Airport transfers are available from and to Manchester
- Shall you need a transfer from another airport and/or during another timeslot, please reach out and we may be able to arrange a personalised transfer for you for an extra cost.
ALL IN SERVICE
If you hire the “All In-service”, we take care of everything from the moment you drop the kids at the airport. To do so we:
- Book the camper’s flight tickets for you
- We provide a Values Staff member to supervise and escort your child during the flight, in the airport and assist him with the check-in.
- The child will be supervised from the moment you drop them at the airport until the moment you pick them up again from your original airport.
For inscriptions after 15th March, we have 2 options:
- Flight: £300 (estimation, subject to availability)
- Pick Up Service: £150
